Stand Out For Good Inc. is a Tennessee corporation (“SOFG" “we,” “us,” or “our”). We have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to inform you of our information collection, use, storage, transmission, and disclosure practices.

Our Brands include Altar’d State, Altar'd State Kids, Altar'd State at Home, AS Revival, and Vow’d Weddings. By using any of our web sites, mobile applications, or sharing your information with us, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The “Website” includes all webpages, content, information, software, applications, and all other functionality available via your web browser at www.altardstate.com, altardstatekids.com or through any mobile applications we offer (collectively referred to as the "Services"). The Services also include services rendered by us in-person or by phone. You, as a visitor to and/or user of any of the Services, along with any company and/or other person that you represent are referred to herein collectively as “you” and “your.
Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of each of our Payment, Shipping, and Return policies available (“Payment Policy”); and the Terms of Use available (“Terms of Use”); and this Privacy Policy.
The Payment Policy, Terms of Use, and this Privacy Policy are referred to collectively herein as the “Terms.”
The Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use any of the Services. We may use or share information that has been de-identified or aggregated without limitation.
We retain and use your personal information collected for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our business requirements and legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to protect our assets, to provide the Services, and to enforce our agreements, or to satisfy any similar essential purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information, the purposes for which we process personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, we may retain and use anonymous, de-identified, and aggregated information, including for performance reporting, benchmarking, and analytic purposes and for product and service improvement. When we delete data, it will be removed from our active servers and databases, but it may remain in our archives when it is not practical or possible to delete it, or as allowed by law.
We have put security measures in place to protect personal information from being accidentally lost, used, altered, or disclosed or accessed in an unauthorized manner and to detect fraudulent activities, including when transmitting personal information in response to data subject requests. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technologies and methods.

As a result, while we strive to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to or from the Website or Services. Your use of the Website and the Services is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that your data will remain secure in all circumstances. Customers and potential customers of ours who are located within the United States may provide one or more email addresses to any representative of SOFG for the purpose of being added to our email newsletters. Customers who purchase any product from us and provide an email address consent to being automatically added to the recipient list for our email newsletters. The newsletters are provided by SOFG as a courtesy and are not required for purchase.
We may share your email address with third party marketers of products and services that may be of interest to you in the future.
Recipients of our email newsletters may unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided at the bottom of each marketing message, following the directions contained in any email newsletter or contacting a representative of SOFG directly. If you unsubscribe from our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationships with you, such as order confirmations. Any person who is already subscribed to our newsletters that moves to a location within the European Union must immediately unsubscribe from our email newsletters. We do not currently provide products or services to persons within the European Union.

You may make in person purchases in cash, without providing any information about yourself. Otherwise, you must provide a customer name, name of authorized representative (if any), contact information, shipping and billing addresses, and/or payment information to purchase products or services.

Overview
This State Privacy Rights Notice (the "Notice") supplements the SOFG Privacy Policy by describing your privacy rights granted by privacy laws of certain states, including California and Texas, with respect to personal information we collect and including information on how to submit a request to exercise your rights. It also describes our current practices for each of the topics addressed in the Notice, as well as our practices regarding personal information collected, used, disclosed, or "sold" as of the effective date of this Notice.

Personal Information We Collect and Disclose: In the preceding 12 months, SOFG collected and disclosed the following categories of personal information:

We may use and share de-identified information to the extent permitted by applicable law. When we use de-identified information, we maintain and use the information in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it, except to check whether our de-identification processes satisfy the requirements of applicable law.
Recipients of Personal Information: We disclose the categories of personal information designated above to the categories of third parties listed above in the “Use and Sharing of Your Information” section of this Privacy Policy for commercial and business purposes.
Notice of Financial Incentives: SOFG offers you the opportunity to participate in programs offered by us, including the Stand Out Rewards program (“Programs”). Our collection of certain personal information about you as described in this Privacy Policy, including the categories of information described in “How We Receive Your Information” section above, allows us to operate the Program and provide participant benefits such as discounts on your purchases under certain conditions.

If you wish to stop participating in the Programs, please follow the instructions outlined under "Opting Out of Marketing and Transfers; Updating Information About You". Please be advised that we may continue to process information about you in connection with your transactions with SOFG.
The price and service differences, such as discounts and credits, that are available to you through the Programs are based upon our reasonable determination of the value that we receive from collecting and retaining personal information about you in connection with operating our business. This estimated value takes into account a variety of factors as permitted by law, including (but not limited to) our expenses incurred in collecting and processing the information, our expenses incurred in providing rewards to you, and the estimated marginal revenue that we may derive from information related to a specific Programs participant.
Your Rights: State privacy laws provide you with certain rights with respect to the personal information collected by SOFG if you are a resident of those states. You may be able to exercise the following rights regarding personal information, subject to certain exceptions and limitations. To exercise your state privacy rights, submit a request using the form below and provide the information required.
  • Request Confirmation that we process personal information about you.
  • Request Access to the specific pieces of personal information about you that we have collected in the preceding 12 months.
  • Request Deletion of the personal information that we have collected from you. We may retain personal information as required or permitted by law, we and will maintain a copy of your deletion request.
  • Request Correction of the personal information that we have collected from you. Our goal is to keep your personal information accurate, current, and complete. If any of the personal information you have provided to us changes, you may also update it in your user/account profile, or you may let us know via the contact information detailed in the “Contact” section of our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient, or incomplete personal data that you provide to us.
  • Request to Opt Out (“Do Not Sell or Share My Information”) of “selling” or “sharing” your personal information. SOFG may continue to collect and share personal information about you with third parties as described in our Privacy Policy if that sharing does not require an opt-out opportunity, such as to continue to provide services to you. Please note that if you opt out of certain practices, we may be unable to provide you with some services.
  • Complaints. If you believe that your rights relating to your personal information have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with us by contacting us via the contact information detailed in the “Contact” section of our Privacy Policy.
Verification Process and Required Information: Note that we may need to request additional information from you to verify your identity or understand the scope of your request. You will not be required to create an account with us to submit a request or have it fulfilled. We will require you to provide, at a minimum, basic contact information, as listed in the webform below.

We will require the agent to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to make requests on your behalf prior to accepting requests from the agent.
